Check the colour of your urine! It’s easy to find out if your water reserves are low. Check the colour of your urine as it’s a good indication of whether you’re low on water on not. If your urine is a deep yellow colour you are low on liquid. The clearer you urine is, the better your liquid balance is. If in doubt ask your physician for advice.
